NASCAR Heat 5 Releases Largest Update Yet on Xbox

A 3.78 gigabyte update was released today, July 21, for NASCAR Heat 5 on Xbox fixing many issues that came with the popular racing game’s release. This is now version 1.3.53085.0. These are all of the additions, fixes, and items removed from the game, according to the in-game patch notes.

• Added Dale Earnhardt Jr. to the Xfinity Series.
• Added a Bubba Wallace Sunoco paint scheme.
• Added Team Penske eNHPL driver schemes.
• A 2020 revised schedule for championship mode.
• Added two new custom paint schemes.
• Added three new custom fonts.
• Added logos for custom car and custom driver.
• Added new challenges.
• Fixed an issue that caused users to be able to select Tony Stewart’s scheme in career.
• Updated career so DLC Cash will work in “Full Career”.
• Fixed trophies that had outdated logos on them.
• Adjusted DNF (Did Not Finish) parameters.
• Updated Custom Championship to allow all tracks in any series excluding dirt.
• Updated “Restart Zone” art at New Hampshire.
• Updated track art at Charlotte Roval.

• Updated victory scene background at Chicagoland.
• Fixed various text issues throughout online, challenges, and options menu.
• Updated incorrect driver names.
• Fixed mismatching online custom car numbers.
• Updated Kyle Busch’s Xfinity pit equipment.
• Updated certain eNHPL driver photos.
• Updated the dirt track “Taggart” to “Fanatec Fairgrounds”.
• Updated drivers’ paint schemes.
• Updated incorrect truck series team description.
• Updated logos in dirt career.
• Updated driver select categories.
• Removed Motorious & Speed Digital logos. Replaced with 704 Games logos.
• Removed spectator ticker — undergoing QA (Quality Assurance).
